What does the SAR 30 cover?
The fee covers initial case review, assistance with procedures and follow-up. Government, court and other provider fees are separate.
Is this a government website?
No. Pak Saudi Online Maktab is a private service. Official decisions and approvals are made by the relevant authorities.
What files may I upload?
Up to three supporting PDF, JPG or PNG files (3 MB each), plus a separate payment receipt.
What happens after payment?
Uploading a receipt does not verify payment automatically. After saving, send your message in WhatsApp. The team reviews the receipt and provides next-step guidance.
How long does my private file link work?
The private document link expires after seven days. Stored files are not automatically deleted; see the privacy information.
How will the SAR 30 be allocated?
The plan is to allocate SAR 15 per case to social support in Pakistan and SAR 15 to employees handling cases. This is a forward-looking commitment, not a claim that aid has already been distributed.
