Who operates this service?
Pak Saudi Online Maktab is a private document and service-support office, not a government authority. For questions about your case or information, contact us on WhatsApp at +966 55 243 4272.
What we collect
The request form asks for a name, WhatsApp number, city, service category, description and an optional Iqama number. You may upload up to three supporting documents and a payment receipt. Please only share information required for your case.
How your information is used
Details are used to review and follow up on the request and to verify payment proof manually. A link to the files and case details may be sent via WhatsApp. Do not submit Absher passwords, OTP codes or other account credentials.
Storage and access
Case files and data are stored privately on the website hosting server using the PHP application. Access to the private file page requires a case-specific link and key. Anyone who receives that link may access the files while the link is valid, so do not forward it.
Link expiration is not deletion
Private file links expire seven days after creation. An administrator must activate and verify the scheduled cleanup job that removes expired case records and files. Contact the office to request earlier removal. Do not upload sensitive documents before confirming the retention process is operational.
Third-party services
Opening and sending a case message in WhatsApp means the message and link are handled under WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy practices. If you make a bank transfer, your bank processes the transaction separately.
Request a correction or removal
Contact the office through the business WhatsApp number and supply your case reference. Ask for corrections or manual removal of stored case records and uploads. Fulfilment requires the office to action the request.

This information describes how the supplied website currently works. The operator must confirm its legal business details, final retention schedule, contact channels and applicable compliance obligations before collecting real personal documents.
